Our founder has over 21 years experience in Japanese Automotive OEM, leading teams, educating & implementing Production System, LEAN tools and techniques across Production, specialist project and Training departments, followed by many further years operating at a Senior level within the private sector, partnering with major blue-chip clients globally—experience that delivers proven results.

We’ve always done it this way, we don’t really understand what a Production System is?
I’m tired of hearing the word LEAN, it’s done nothing for us.
In manufacturing, I just want it produced following the standards, and the standard process, maintaining the established standardised work, every time, on time, by any worker!
